Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Timeless Mind, operated by 2DS DEVELOPMENT LLC.

1. No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (including Google Sheets templates, Notion systems, and digital assets), all sales are final and non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once accessed, downloaded, or copied to your drive.

By making a purchase on Timeless Mind, you acknowledge and agree that your right to a refund is waived once the product link has been delivered or the content has been accessed.

2. Exceptions (Technical Issues)

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will only consider a refund or exchange under the following rare circumstances:

• Corrupted Files: If the file you received is technically corrupted or defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same product twice within a 24-hour period. In this case, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

3. Personal Commitment

Our tools are designed to provide systems for success, but your individual results depend on your effort and consistency. We do not offer refunds based on “lack of results” or if you simply change your mind after the purchase.
